Information Technology Specialist (FAA) – Washington, DC or Atlantic City, NJ. Responsible for supporting FAA NAS Security and Enterprise Operations (NASEO) to minimize cyber security events or incidents, ensuring availability and restoration of ATO systems and services. Essential Functions
Develop and execute system test performance, stability, regression, and user acceptance test procedures. Automate tests using Selenium and/or Playwright. Scripting test tools, simulators, and the Simulation Driver Radar Recorder (SDRR). Must Haves
6-10 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s Degree in operating systems, electronics communications, digital engineering, RF engineering, test engineering, networking, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, physics or related field. 5 years of experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree. Master’s Degree or MBA may substitute for a bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience. PhD may substitute for a bachelor’s degree and 7 years’ experience. Knowledge of VMware and hyperconverged systems such as Dell EMC VXRail, VSAN. Qualifications
Experience maintaining legacy FAA systems (IDS). Practical hardware support and certification of FAA orders, directives, and criteria. Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, management, written, oral, and analytical skills. Agile environment experience: daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives. Benefits
