Duties
Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessments and family goals
Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, functional assessments)
Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians
Analyze client data and make program adjustments as needed
Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans
Lead parent training sessions to support generalization and home success
Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and families
Initiate, submit, and manage insurance authorization requests, including initial, reauthorization, and continued care requests, ensuring all required clinical documentation is accurate and timely
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with BACB, insurance, and company standards
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and ethical clinical culture
Qualifications
BCBA Certification required (active and in good standing)
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Proven leadership and professionalism in an ABA or pediatric clinical setting
Strong knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices and ethical standards
Demonstrated ability to support, mentor, and develop clinical staff
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Ability to move frequently: sit, stand, walk, kneel, crawl, bend, etc.
Adequate vision and hearing to observe behavior and track data
Ability to use tablets, computers, and therapy materials
Ability to drive/travel between multiple locations (if necessary).
