We are actively recruiting for three distinct but synergistic leadership roles:
Program Director, Hematology & Oncology Fellowship Medical Director, Medical Oncology
Each position offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape cancer care in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment supported by one of the most comprehensive cancer institutes in the Mid-Atlantic.
Opportunity Overviews Program Director, Hematology & Oncology Fellowship Lead ChristianaCare’s ACGME-accredited 3-year fellowship and help shape the next generation of hematologist-oncologists. Responsibilities include curriculum oversight, accreditation compliance, mentorship, and collaboration with translational researchers via the Center for Translational Cancer Research.
Medical Director, Medical Oncology Oversee clinical operations and innovation across ChristianaCare’s infusion suites. Collaborate with operational and service line leadership to optimize care delivery, standardize treatment protocols, and champion continuous improvement and clinical excellence.

Position Requirements
Board Certified in Medical Oncology
Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Delaware
Demonstrated leadership in clinical, academic, or administrative roles (preferred for leadership positions)
