Job Summary:
Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide a wonderful rehabilitation experience for patients and families by delivering responsive and individualized treatment plans in a supportive rehab environment. Utilize progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. Provide in‑house therapy with local management support.
Job Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.
Must hold a valid license in the state of the skilled nursing facility where you will be working.
Previous rehab or skilled nursing facility experience is preferred.
