What We Look For in a Server / Front Waiter

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Flexible availability to work mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed.

What You Will Do as a Server / Front Waiter

Greet new parties and cordially welcome guests to the restaurant.

Inform guests of delicious menu choices and make suggestions.

Relay orders to the bar and kitchen using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.

Anticipate guests’ needs and respond appropriately.

Establish a friendly, professional rapport with guests.

Bus tables when the meal is completed and prepare the table for the next course.

Total and present the bill, accept payment, cash out the check, and make change.

Problem‑solve guest needs with courtesy, dignity, and respect.

Extend closing greetings to guests as they leave, thanking them for their patronage.
