TS/SCI cleared Enterprise Voice Engineer

to support a premier federal IT provider based out of Scott AFB, IL. The

TS/SCI cleared Enterprise Voice Engineer

will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting enterprise voice and networks. Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise IP voice and video infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and uninterrupted service availability Configure and manage network components, including Cisco/Juniper routing and switching devices, voice subscribers, call routing rules, and distributed firewall systems Perform system maintenance and change management, including capacity planning, configuration updates, documentation, and validation of change requests Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, such as SIP signaling, call flows, remote site registration, and media problems, while contributing to technical policy development Qualifications

1-3+ years of Voice or VoIP support experience Active IAT II certification Active TS/SCI clearance Compensation

Salary Equivalent:

$60,000 - $62,5000 depending on experience Benefits:
