We offer Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy for children, infants, and families. With three thriving clinics in Orange County, CA, we are committed to empowering our clients and their families.
Position Overview As a Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities include teaching key communication, social, self-help, and play skills, engaging adults to help children achieve learning goals, accurately recording session data, and ensuring client safety and confidentiality.
Compensation $23-$28 /hr.

Available 4-5 weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm (Part-time)
Flexible evening hours with additional earning potential.
Bonus Spanish or Vietnamese speakers earn an additional $0.50/hr.

What You’ll Do
Provide Therapy: Work directly with children with autism, delivering ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
Teach Key Skills: Help children develop communication, social, self-help, and play skills using ABA principles.
Engage with Clients: Stay active throughout the session, engaging in play and assisting the child in achieving learning goals, including bending, squatting, and playing on the floor.
Maintain Data: Accurately record session data, track progress, and help with reporting treatment goals.
Ensure Safety and Confidentiality: Ensure client safety during sessions, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED and at least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled in college courses).
At least 6 months of paid or volunteer experience working with children, preferably in educational or therapeutic settings (ABA experience is a plus).
A smartphone or similar device for capturing session data.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance (travel to clients' homes is required).
Ability to engage and keep up with active children while maintaining professionalism.
Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, TB test, physical exam, and immunizations as required.
