Compensation: $22-$27.25/hr Hours: Monday‑Friday 3:30pm‑8pm; Saturdays welcomed but not required Job Type: Part‑time Note:

BA with 12mo super or HS diploma with 36mo of supervised experience implementing behavior support plans with developmental disabilities (e.g., group home, school setting). At least 6 months of paid experience with children, volunteer program with kids, or ABA experience. Smartphone or similar device (iPad, tablet with internet services or laptop) capable of capturing client session data and tech‑savvy. Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs through family, friends, or work experience is a plus. Pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, TB test, Pre‑employment Physical Exam, and receive immunities to MMR/VZV during onboarding (paid). Reliable transportation: valid driver’s license and car insurance. Ability to keep up with active children and be enthusiastic, organized, and professional. Responsibilities

Learn directly from Board Certified Behavioral Analysts how to provide therapy to children and families in need of support. Teach communication skills, social skills, self‑help skills, and play skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles. Maintain active participation for the length of the session by engaging in play and keeping up with the child’s energy (e.g., squatting down, bending over, playing on the floor). Accurately record treatment data on the child’s program goals. Engage in and ensure client safety. Always maintain confidentiality of all clients and professional conduct.
