Job Overview
DRD Pool Management is hiring Pool Lifeguards and Managers for the Summer of 2026 in the Towson, MD area. We are recruiting motivated individuals who possess a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a focused, positive mindset.
Pay Range Base pay range:
$15.00/hr - $25.00/hr .
Lifeguard:
$15‑$18 per hour . Manager:
$19‑$25 per hour .
Responsibilities
Monitor patron safety in the water using scanning strategies and techniques to remain alert and focused.
Enforce pool rules and maintain pool and facility cleanliness.
For Managers: maintain suitable pool chemistry, oversee filter system, enforce rules with staff and patrons, and lead the team of lifeguard employees.
Qualifications
Willingness to learn, strong work ethic, positive mindset.
Previous lifeguard experience desired for Manager roles.
Competent written and verbal communication.
Available weekdays and weekends as needed.
