**About the Program Manager – Samsung:** The Program Manager will lead a team of DMR Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on driving revenue growth and market share at CDW. This role requires a hands‑on leader who excels at coaching, developing sales talent, and building a high‑performance culture. The Program Manager will be based in the Chicago CDW office 2–3 days per week to provide real‑time coaching and training, ensuring the team is equipped to achieve ambitious sales goals. **Location:**Chicago, Illinois

Demonstrated experience working within the CDW environment, with a strong understanding of CDW’s sales processes, culture, and operational requirements.Experience in a sales environment, with direct leadership experience managing individual contributors or leaders.Experience building and implementing sales playbooks and sharing sales vision with teams. Experience managing client or stakeholder relationships in a sales context.
