Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mount Juliet, TN, for a Speech Language Pathologist. The responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Daily tasks involve creating and implementing personalized therapy plans, collaborating with patients and caregivers, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate documentation to meet clinical and regulatory standards. Qualifications
Experience with Speech Therapy and strong skills in Speech and Communication Disorders Proficiency in assessing and treating Language Disorders and Communication Disorders Knowledge and skills related to Dysphagia evaluation and treatment Feeding therapy experience, or willingness to learn and grow Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Valid state license and certification in Speech-Language Pathology Experience with pediatric or adult therapy settings is preferred Seniority Level
