In this role, you will process HR transactions, support employee and manager inquiries, and contribute to the development of HR policies and communications./ppWhat Youll Be Doing:/pulliProcess standard and complex HR transactions efficiently and accurately./liliSupport the resolution of employee, manager, and candidate inquiries, ensuring a positive experience./liliConduct continuous research and documentation across HR topics, including policies, procedures, communications, and issue resolution standards./liliProduce supporting materials for HR service delivery, such as memoranda, notices, announcements, and news releases related to HR policies and events./li/ulpWhat Required Skills Youll Bring:/pulliBachelors degree or equivalent and 8+ years of experience./liliProven experience in HR operations or generalist roles./liliStrong organizational and problem-solving skills./liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills./liliAbility to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail./li/ulpWhat Desired Skills Youll Bring:/pulliFamiliarity with HR policies, procedures, and issue resolution standards./liliExperience producing professional HR-related communications and materials./liliKnowledge of HR service delivery best practices./liliAbility to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment./li/ulpSecurity Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.
