Evenings/Weekend/Holiday availability: both Saturday and Sunday required
Job Duties
Provide top‑notch customer service by being very attentive to client and pet needs
Answer phones, proactively schedule appointments and specialty procedures, set reminders, manage patient and client flow including checking patients in/out, and handle basic client complaints
Facilitate communication between clients and medical team as needed
Utilize computer information system to accurately enter client/patient information, update and maintain medical records
Process client payments and invoices, and follow up on additional or missing payments
Ensure the lobby, waiting room, and workspace are clean and organized
Other administrative duties as needed
