In This Dynamic Role, You Will

Deliver Essential Clinical Support: Perform a wide range of patient care procedures within your MA scope of practice, including injections, EKGs, ear lavage, and phlebotomy. You will meticulously record patient vital signs (weight, height, blood pressure, pulse, respirations, and temperature).

Master Patient Journey Management: Guide patients through their clinic visit, from seamless rooming and pre‑visit preparations to assisting providers during appointments and completing post‑visit duties. You'll be key in maintaining efficient patient flow by communicating schedule adjustments to the care team.

Contribute to Optimized Operations: Provide valuable support for front office activities, manage diverse scheduling tasks, and accurately report test results under provider direction.

Job Requirements

Graduation from an accredited medical assisting program and Washington State Department of Health Certified Medical Assistant (CM).

Knowledge of third‑party payer requirements.

Strong aptitude for detail and ability to work independently.

Strong organizational, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; PC proficiency required.

One year of certified Medical Assistant experience preferred.

Pay Range $27.25 – $38.49 per hour
