This dual role combines responsibilities in human resources management and office administration to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and an aptitude for managing day-to-day office operations. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material./ph3Essential Job Duties Responsibilities:/h3ulliRecruiting and onboarding of all new hires/liliProcess weekly payroll for approximately 40 employees through the HRIS system, Paycor/liliAssist with employment related inquiries from employees/liliMaintains DOT logs and files for drivers through a third party/liliReporting of workers compensation claims with follow up as needed/liliMaintain all employee files, I-9s, driver files/liliFleet tagging, licensing, registrations etc./liliEmployee tech equipment set up distribution/liliKeep track, maintain order office inventory items./li/ulh3Qualifications (Experience, Education Certifications, Key Attributes):/h3pTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
