Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
Set morale and tone for the team.
Provide feedback and coach team members.
Open and close the store independently.
Ensure food, beverage, and the store environment meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
18 years or older
Ability to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3 AM) and weekends
Pass background check as applicable
Possession of, or ability to obtain, a ServSafe Certification before leadership training
Valid state‑issued driver’s license (preferred, required at some locations)
Tip eligibility subject to state regulations

Physical Requirements Requires sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. Accommodations may be provided.
