On-Site Services Specialist
Overland Park, KS (onsite)
3+Month Contract
Provides on-site operational, administrative, and customer-facing support including high-volume copying, document imaging, mail management, reception coverage, and building support services. Reports to site management and supports daily business operations.
Responsibilities
Operate high-volume copy, print, document imaging, and mail management equipment
Perform binding, finishing, quality control, final checks, and basic housekeeping
Use document imaging and management software; open, save, transfer, and manage digital files
Work daily in Microsoft Office and email; update reports and logs, including Excel data entry
Identify and process loan and business documents accurately
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, shipping, receiving, sorting, and postage
Maintain copier functionality, perform daily inspections, clear jams, and report issues
Maintain inventories, meter logs, service logs, and basic billing records
Provide reception coverage, answer phones, and respond to customer inquiries
Deliver completed jobs to designated locations; travel between buildings as needed
Support meeting and conference room setup and light building support tasks
Perform filing, archiving, purging, and records management
Use bindery and finishing equipment including cutters, staplers, shrink-wrap, joggers, and scales
Perform light maintenance, re-lamping, occasional cleaning, and building occupant moves
Coordinate and respond to service calls and occasional off-hours or weekend needs
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
1 2 years of related experience in office services, copying, or administrative support
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and email
Excellent customer service, communication, and reception skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Comfortable using office machines, copiers, and technical equipment
Basic math, filing, and record-keeping skills
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 55 lbs, and move equipment as required
Willingness to work occasional overtime or off-hour support if needed
