Coverage Needed:
ASAP - April 2026

Call: 10 days per month including 2 weekends
Provider will be privileged at 4 locations
Shift Descriptions:
Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm
Saturday-Sunday, 8am-8am
Will include weeknight call, 4pm-8am
Requirements:
NCCPA
Must be licensed in Ohio
ACLS, BLS
Clean background
Assignment Details:
Level I trauma facility
EMR: Epic
Duties/Procedures: Suture Removal, Diagnose and Treat Illnesses, Order and Interpret Tests, Write Prescriptions, Coordination of Care, Rounding, Pre-Op Physical Exams
Average number of patients per day: 12
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days but facility will try to expedite
