Warehouse Cycle Counter
Ryder is immediately hiring for a Cycle Counter in Bolingbrook, Illinois.
Position Description As a Cycle Counter, you will conduct cycle counts and inventory audits, audit inbound and outbound shipments, participate in physical inventories, provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues, resolve inventory discrepancies, maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety, and ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
Pay & Schedule
Hourly Pay $22.00
Shift differential: $1.00 per hour when working 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Second Shift (2:30 pm – 11:00 pm)
Equipment & Operations
Handles engine and HVAC parts
Operates cherry picker / order picker, WMS, and computer systems
May require forklift equipment certification depending on location

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
One year or more previous warehouse experience (preferred)
One year or more forklift operating experience (preferred)
One year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) (preferred)
Ability to recognize and read location, date, and product codes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build professional relationships at all levels
Self‑directed and team‑oriented
Flexibility, self‑driven, thrives in fast‑paced environment
Multi‑tasking, highly organized, excellent time‑management skills
Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices
