The hourly base pay range for this position is $15 per hour plus $5–$10 per hour in tips. Work Schedule:

Friday–Sunday, 11 pm–7 am. Benefits:

Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for the above benefits. Summary The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. Responsibilities include parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, delivering items, providing directions, and handling claim checks. Essential Functions Maintains pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients (25%). Uses salutation of the day and welcomes guests to the location; practices proper phone etiquette; posts up in designated areas when not completing tasks (10%). Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously; assists guests with bell services and luggage storage (20%). Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries; delivers messages, items, and/or guest amenities; shuttles guests to approved locations (10%). Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures; manages claim checks; maintains ticket information; calculates and collects revenue (35%). Qualifications Education

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Licensure & Certification

Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state in which you are applying. Work Experience

One (1) month of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. Skills

Ability to read and write standard English language. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small‑group situations to guests, clients, and other employees. Ability to perform basic arithmetic with currency. Ability to understand 24‑hour and military time systems. Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed. Preference for manual transmission operation. Ability to perform parallel parking.
