Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude, as you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties that support our daily operations.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls

Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed

Maintain and update filing systems electronically and physically

Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence

Assist in data entry and maintain databases with accuracy

Order office supplies and manage inventory levels

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
