Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our front desk operations run smoothly. You will manage a variety of administrative tasks, from greeting guests and handling inquiries to managing phone calls and maintaining the overall appearance of the front office.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and guests with a warm and friendly attitude
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff
Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
Provide information about our services to clients and visitors
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Proven experience as a front desk representative or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite and other office software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
