YOUR PASSION: QC Supply is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will assist customers via phone, email, and chat to place orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent service.
Accurately place orders for customers
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Communicate with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat platforms)
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
Process customer orders
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
Communicate with vendors
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Handle complaints, offer appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to read and understand basic English
Preferred Skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to work under pressure
Strong organizational skills
Computer skills – confident using Outlook, Word, Excel
Positive attitude
Attention to detail

This position works in an office environment.
