Customer Satisfaction Representative
Global Healing is seeking a Customer Satisfaction Representative responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person. You will provide thorough product and account knowledge, manage orders, complaints, and refunds, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Resolve customer concerns via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
Assist customers with placing orders, making exchanges, or processing refunds.
Help with complaints, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate, up‑to‑date, and complete information about products.
Meet individual and team satisfaction targets.
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified average time limits.
Go the extra mile to engage and satisfy customers.
Greet and follow up with walk‑in customers.
Create and update customer accounts.
Ensure proper customer satisfaction is delivered at all times.
Maintain a caring attitude to provide customers with the best products and information.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience or as a client service representative.
At least 1 year of call center experience.
High School Diploma or GED.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of over‑achieving goals or going above and beyond.
Willingness to learn.
Customer‑oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
Flexibility to work on weekends.
Knowledge of the natural health industry.
Active embrace of healthy living.
Being bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.
