About the role At Dollywood Parks & Resorts, we create memories worth repeating. We do this everyday across all properties in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing, controlling and monitoring health department and Culinary department policies.

Ensure the location is Guest‑ready at all times, overseeing line flow, time audits, and appearance of outside and inside areas.

Model Company behaviors including smiling at guests, eye contact, and thanking guests for their business.

Organize, train, and develop a well‑trained, efficient staff; ensure all safety training sign‑offs are complete and recertified as needed.

Assist in implementing and monitoring the “Start Fresh” program and third‑party inspector standards (Steritech).

Present all products to guests attractively and appetizingly.

Review cost of sales, recommend pricing, menu changes, and budget adjustments.

Achieve budgetary goals across operation.

Maintain proper inventory levels; align labor hours with sales volume based on business needs.

Analyze labor usage for maximum productivity and efficiency.

Investigate over/shorts, take corrective action promptly.

Enforce company and departmental policies: grooming, costuming, nametags, conduct, call‑ins.

Conduct employee reviews weekly, monthly, and at end of summer.

Suspend operations if safety standards are not met.

Follow Host Safety Standards and General Safety Training guidelines and injury prevention measures.

Assume Team member duties as needed.

Complete daily Jolt Checklist and weekly Skimmer checks.

Submit daily paperwork: timecard adjustments, temperature logs, sanitation logs, sales and labor tracking sheets to the Culinary Administration office.

Audit Foods Check 5 standards, job‑site standards, and complete daily/weekly visual audits.

Education and Experience

Minimum 16 years of age.

Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Minimum 1 year of restaurant or food‑service experience (preferred).

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred).

ServSafe Manager Certification required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Meet physical demands of the job.

Operate/drive a company vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance.

Work outdoors as required.

Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed during shift.

Operate a point‑of‑sale system.
