Manager – Facility Operations
Lakeview Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking an experience Facilities Manager to oversee all building‑related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning. Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate installations (telecommunications, heating & air, electricity) and refurbishments as needed. Manage upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety regulations. Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations, review utilities consumption, and minimize cost. Supervise all facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, etc.). Perform analysis and forecasting as required. Requirements
Proven experience in a healthcare environment. Well‑versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices. Knowledge of basic accounting principles. Excellent written, oral, and communication skills. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Familiarity with Joint Commission standards applicable to healthcare. Location: Atlanta, GA – Salary: $142,000.00‑$234,000.00
