Overnight Call Center Specialists
Map Communications is eagerly awaiting your application for our Full Time Overnight Positions! Call Center Specialists at MAP provide friendly, professional, and comprehensive support to our clients’ customers. Using excellent customer service skills to provide the best possible experience, you’ll handle calls for various businesses, ranging from medical offices to apartment complexes to professional services.
Job Responsibilities
Professionally handle incoming calls, greet callers, gather and transmit required information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary.
Work with our state‑of‑the‑art call processing system and be trained on a variety of call center tools to help properly prioritize customer needs.
We are an inbound call center only and do not perform outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls.
Qualifications
A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone.
Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar.
Computer skills in a Windows‑based environment.
Good attendance.
Ability to type 35 words per minute or more.

Shift Information
Full‑time – 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts.
Overnight hours.
Must be available to work a weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week.
Training Training will last approximately one week. On the second week, you will move to your new set schedule.
