Overview Call Center Specialist

MAP . The position is a part‑time, in‑office call center role handling inbound calls for various businesses such as medical offices, apartment complexes, and professional services.
Responsibilities
Professionally handle incoming calls, greet callers and provide requested information.
Collect and document all relevant details accurately for customer confidence.
Transfer calls or take messages as necessary while using a state‑of‑the‑art call processing system.
Prioritize customer needs and use call center tools trained for the role.
Qualifications
Welcoming voice with an upbeat tone.
Proficient in English with meticulous attention to spelling and grammar.
Computer skills in a Windows‑based environment.
Good attendance.
Ability to type 35 words per minute or more.
Compensation & Schedule Pay: $17 per hour.
Part‑time shifts available – evenings and weekends.
Must be available to work on at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week.
Training Initial training lasts approximately one week. By the second week, employees transition to a fixed schedule.
