Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
Shift: FIRST SHIFT, MONDAY - FRIDAY 7:00am - 3:30pm (Mandatory OT including some Saturdays) January - April

Responsibilities
Pull, pack, and inspect graduation apparel orders.
Meet production and quality standards for the operation.
Train and direct new personnel.
Learn all product lines and processes in the warehouse.
Select materials by quality standards, colors, styles, and shades.
Recognize colors and different cloth styles.
Qualifications
Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
Proficient computer and reading, writing, and math skills commensurate with job duties.
Physical strength and dexterity to perform essential job functions.
Must be able to recognize colors and different cloth styles.
Able to work all mandatory overtime.
Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs; job may require lifting up to 30 lbs.
Physical Activities
Lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting.
Reading, communication, and simple math.
Regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs.
Work environment noise level is normally moderate to above moderate.
