Executive Assistant Onsite in Noblesville, IN

Direct Hire | $55,000$70,000 annually

Are you a polished, personable professional with a positive, can-do attitude? Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Owner of the Company. This is a fully onsite role in Noblesville, IN offering a dynamic mix of traditional executive support and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare reports
  • Coordinate company events, including holiday parties and employee gatherings
  • Travel to client events and assist with on-site execution
  • Handle personal errands for the owner, including managing a second home out of state
  • Assist with client hospitality, including airport pickups
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in executive support or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours for events
  • Professional, polished demeanor with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
