Are you a polished, personable professional with a positive, can-do attitude? Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Owner of the Company. This is a fully onsite role in Noblesville, IN offering a dynamic mix of traditional executive support and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare reports
- Coordinate company events, including holiday parties and employee gatherings
- Travel to client events and assist with on-site execution
- Handle personal errands for the owner, including managing a second home out of state
- Assist with client hospitality, including airport pickups
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in executive support or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours for events
- Professional, polished demeanor with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
