HR Administrator

HR Administrator runs core HR administrative operations for a healthcare workforce in a hospital environment. This role supports employee lifecycle documentation, hospital onboarding logistics, safety administration, and compliance tracking for clinical and non-clinical teams across departments and shifts. This position is foundational to maintaining organized, secure, and compliant HR infrastructure in a fast-paced patient-care setting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage hospital onboarding requirements including orientation scheduling, ID badges, policy acknowledgments, background checks, and file retention

Own I-9 verification and personnel file compliance for clinical and operational hospital roles

Process employment verifications for clinicians, healthcare staff, and hospital employees

Maintain digital and physical HR personnel records to meet hospital audit standards

Execute offboarding checklists, terminations, and hospital asset recovery tracking

Support safety documentation, workers compensation administration, and incident-related HR processing in patient-care environments

Respond to HR inquiries from clinical units, inpatient floors, and operational departments across shifts

Maintain confidentiality and data integrity for all employee and clinical records

Partner with hospital HR leadership on administrative initiatives, compliance support, and cross-department coordination

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of HR or administrative experience in a healthcare or hospital setting

Experience onboarding clinical departments or department-based roles

Proficiency with ATS or HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and secure data handling
