Compensation: $19.00 hourly
Shift: 12 hour days

Responsibilities
Meet safety, production, sustainability, and quality standards.
Interact with other departments to achieve company’s core strategies.
Responsible for aligning printed material received from the press room and prepare for cutting.
Jog loads according to customer specifications.
Inspect printed product and note defects.
Operate a pallet jack.
Calibrate scale on jogging equipment.
Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
Comply with established facility safety policies and procedures and other regulations (IE: GMP, BRC and HACCP) as applicable.
Interact and behave professionally. Treat all associates respectfully and professionally while maintaining company code of ethics.
Maintain daily housekeeping efforts.
Support an optimized production environment by applying the principles of Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic reading, writing, and presentation skills.
Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios, percentages.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but straightforward written and oral instructions.
Basic computer and business operating systems knowledge.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few variables.
Certified pallet jack operator.
Physical demands: standing, using hands, reaching, talking, hearing; frequent walking; occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling; ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
