Your expertise will ensure that our customers' vehicles are in peak condition and ready for their next adventure.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic tests, troubleshoot issues, and carry out necessary repairs on various powersports vehicles, ensuring they meet manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire replacements, brake inspections, and fluid checks to keep powersports vehicles in optimal operating condition.
Identify required parts and accessories, order them efficiently, and ensure their proper installation during service or repair.
Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used, labor hours, and customer communication, to provide transparency and ensure customer satisfaction.
Interact with customers to explain repair needs, provide estimates, and address any questions or concerns, delivering excellent customer service.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest powersports technology and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Powersports Service Technician is highly preferred, with a strong ability to diagnose and repair powersports vehicles effectively.
Possession of relevant certifications, such as manufacturer-specific training, is advantageous.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential for a collaborative work environment.
Demonstrate precision and attention to detail in all tasks and repairs.
Effectively manage time to meet service deadlines and customer expectations.
