Shift: Night Swing (7PM - 7AM)
Pay Rate:$39.84– $43.92
Job Description As a Electronic Technician II, you are responsible for preforming routine maintenance on equipment, installing various types of new equipment as well as machinery control and instrumentation. Qualified candidates will also be able to make repairs to electrical power, motor and motor control circuits.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent A minimum of 5 years as an industrial electronics technician or comparable skills demonstration preferred. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals. Understanding of manufacturing processes and manufacturing equipment. Must be familiar with normal shop equipment such as drill press, band saw and portable power tools. Ability to read and interpret precision measuring devices such as multimeters/oscilloscopes. Good communication skills with mgt., employees, and suppliers Successful completion of certification testing. Experience With AGVs, LGVs, and ASRS Strongly Preferred. PLC Knowledge is Required
General Job Duties:
Work with Safety Team to identify and mitigate safety concerns. Report all accidents, incidents, injuries and unsafe acts or conditions, immediately to the supervisor. Perform all other tasks as assigned by supervisor. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using logical and systematic methodologies. Routine maintenance including, but not limited to field fault analysis, calibration of instrumentation using proper test equipment, component replacement, alignment, and calibration to specification. Preventive tasks including major service and overhaul. Replacement of identified failed parts or components. Adjust equipment to bring it into operational specifications. Recommend process or procedure changes based on observed equipment behavior. Testing of electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, and voltmeters to ensure proper operation and safety of system. Install, examine, replace, or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, lighting fixtures and other electrical components. Maintain current and accurate maintenance data to determine future maintenance requirements. Perform all other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
