Base Pay Range $65,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr

Responsibilities Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring; assigning duties; setting clear expectations; recognizing associates; and promoting a belonging mindset. Supports recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs. Coordinates job-related activities and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs. Identifies and communicates goals and objectives, builds accountability, measures progress, and addresses improvement opportunities. Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, actively listening, touring stores, and providing feedback (Tour‑to‑Teach). Communicates and collaborates with all levels of associates regarding store operations, technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. Introduces and leads company change efforts, provides guidance to implement solutions, and communicates business objectives effectively. Models outstanding customer service standards and follows the One Best Way (OBW) service model. Supports customer service initiatives, resolves complaints, and implements action plans to correct deficiencies. Provides process improvement leadership for a high‑quality customer experience. Ensures compliance with company policies and supports mission, values, and ethics. Drives financial performance by reviewing P&L statements, managing budgets, forecasting, controlling expenses, and developing mitigation plans for shrink and sales goals. Embodies a culture of belonging, teamwork, integrity, and excellence in all interactions.

Minimum Qualifications

2 years of college; or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.

For firearms facilities: success in a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.

For ammunition‑only facilities with state requirements: current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility.

All required job trainings and assessments completed (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership (Live Better U, Bellevue University) or Certificate in People and Business Leadership (Live Better U, Bellevue University).

General work experience supervising 5+ direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
