Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Coach, motivate, and develop kitchen staff to deliver excellent food and service
Foster a hospitality‑focused “get it done” culture in the kitchen
Maintain top‑notch food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory, prep, and service execution
Manage budgets and control kitchen costs with attention to financial goals

Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of kitchen management experience in a full‑service, high‑volume, bar‑centric restaurant
Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and scratch kitchen operations
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financials
Hands‑on, servant leader mindset with a passion for hospitality
Flexibility, patience, and a willingness to learn encouraged
No ego—positive, team‑first mentality
Experience in scratch kitchens is highly valued
Prior success motivating and coaching teams through busy service periods
