Kitchen Manager position with a fun, laid-back environment. The Kitchen Manager’s role is to provide uncompromised excellence at all times, making the Guest and the food the heart and passion of all they do. Salary range: $65,000 – $70,000. Responsibilities
Lead a kitchen team of more than 10 employees, providing daily supervision, feedback, and support in a timely manner. Implement training and development procedures as a primary driver of success and future growth. Ensure quality of operations through adherence to company standards and accountability of team members. Job Qualifications
3+ years of management experience required. 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience required. Management of at least 10 staff members required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Education Requirements
