Principal Duties and Responsibilities Christ the King Catholic School is seeking a full‑time Kindergarten teacher for the 2026‑2027 academic year. The teacher will create a caring, Christian, and positive learning environment for academic, social‑emotional, and spiritual development. The teacher will develop lesson plans, formulate classroom instruction, and facilitate learning for all students. They will provide accommodations to support student growth and, if necessary, work with resource staff to adjust instruction to meet the needs of all students. The teacher will maintain students’ academic progress and records, including assessments, and maintain communication with parents, students, and school staff.

Practicing Catholic
Strong rapport with students, faculty, staff, and parents
Willingness to participate in a faith‑filled, vibrant community
Committed to the mission of Christ the King Catholic School
Education and Experience
Nebraska Teaching Certificate (or in process of becoming certified)
Safe Environment Trained
Expertise in curriculum, instruction, and assessment in content area
Experience working with Elementary and Early Childhood students is preferred
