Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. The Host/Hostess will be our guests' first point of contact, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
Assist with seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist with other duties as needed to support the team and enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
