What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide hands‑on and remote technical support for hardware and software issues at assigned club and fuel station locations
Diagnose and resolve issues related to POS systems, fuel station terminals, and network connectivity
Assist in the installation and configuration of new systems and technology upgrades
Document all support activities and maintain accurate records in the IT ticketing system
Collaborate with Store and Fuel operations management and corporate IT teams to enhance technology solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Associate’s degree in information technology or a related field preferred
5+ years of experience supporting retail or fuel station technology environments
Working knowledge of POS systems, fuel station terminals, and networking fundamentals
Proven troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills in a multi‑site environment
Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel regionally 75% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with remote support tools and ITSM/ticketing platforms
Effective communication skills to work with non‑technical end users
Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) and barcode scanning technology
Ability to prioritize workload and respond to urgent situations calmly
