Participate in a Help Desk OnCall schedule to further develop your problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

Manage the ticketing system, ensuring prompt responses to user requests via various communication methods

Oversee onboarding and offboarding IT activities, including equipment management and system access

Develop and implement MDM automation to streamline user onboarding processes

Collaborate with internal teams to identify and enhance IT policies and workflows

Create documentation and procedures to support user reference and team operations

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk role, preferably in a medium or larger company

A customer-oriented approach to problem resolution

Experience supporting Mac hardware/OSX in a Help Desk environment

Proficient in supporting remote users in a distributed environment

Familiarity with Jira Service Desk or a similar ticketing system and the Office 365 suite

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AWS platform management

Knowledge of email filtering systems and spam/phishing mitigation

Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally for onsite roles
