Summary of Position The primary purpose of this position is to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check‑in, check‑out, and coordination of hotel services. Responsibilities include:
Respond to guest reservation requests, answer telephones, and respond appropriately to requests.
Handle guest compliments or complaints and take appropriate action.
Handle cash, make change, and balance an assigned house bank.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel and hospitality experience preferred.
Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
