Summary of position The primary purpose of this position is to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check‑in, check‑out and the coordination of hotel services. It involves responding to guest reservation requests, answering telephones and responding appropriately to requests, and handling any guest compliments or complaints and taking action deemed necessary. The role also handles cash, makes change, and balances an assigned house bank.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel and hospitality experience preferred
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem‑solving skills
