As a PT Coordinator II, Welcome Center (Title III grant), you will facilitate daily operations within the assigned area, including scheduling, communications, workflow management, budget tracking, and staff support. This temporary, grant‑funded position may be renewed contingent upon continued grant funding. Essential Functions

Coordinate daily operations of the assigned area, maintain records, and serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers. Schedule and prioritize work and activities, and organize training materials for staff. Create and submit reports related to the assigned area and present findings; may make presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate department and leadership calendars, schedule meetings, seminars, and events, including site selection, preparation, marketing, and training materials. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements for processes and documentation. Monitor and control resources such as office supplies and equipment; submit requisitions, review and approve or deny purchase requests in accordance with budget; assist with management of the department budget. Assist with creating evaluation methods for the assigned area, analyze results, and recommend revisions to objectives and strategies. Lead or participate in special projects as needed. Support the student experience across learning centers, labs, student activities, curriculum, tutoring, advising, transcript evaluation, enrollment, orientations, recruitment, and outreach; may work closely with faculty. Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong multi‑tasking abilities with the ability to prioritize duties. High level of customer service. Physical Abilities

Work is sedentary; employee sits comfortably to perform duties. Some walking, standing, bending, carrying light items (papers, books, small parts), or driving an automobile may be required. No special physical demands are required to perform the work. Work Schedule and Conditions

Work is performed in a climate‑controlled office with minimal exposure to safety hazards. Equipment includes a PC workstation running on a LAN in a Microsoft Windows environment, phone, and general office equipment. Interface with internal and external contacts as needed. Required Qualifications

Associate's degree and at least 3 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Compensation
