Responsibilities
Detail‑oriented carpentry work on residential framing projects.
Blueprint reading and construction drawing interpretation.
Collaborate with project teams to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Proven experience in residential construction framing.
Proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Reliability and timely completion of tasks.
Compensation and Benefits
Carpenters: $55,000 – $65,000 (commensurate with experience).
Lead Carpenters: $70,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience).

Paid holidays: July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
Vacation: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years.
