Responsibilities
Detail and demonstrate working knowledge of residential construction.
Proficient at blueprint reading.
Collaborate effectively with team members.
Reliable and timely completion of tasks.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Carpenters $55,000–$65,000; Lead Carpenters $70,000–$80,000 (commensurate with experience).
Health benefits: 100% paid health insurance for employee only; health benefits also available for spouse and dependents at cost to employee.
Paid holidays: July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
Vacation: One week after one year; two weeks after two years.
Retirement: Simple IRA plan with 3% company match.
