Overview
Craig Tuttle Construction is a Full‑Service General Contractor/Builder specializing in high‑end residential construction for 25 years. We are looking to add experienced carpenters in finish/trim.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Must be detailed and have working knowledge of residential construction.
Lead carpenters must be proficient at blueprint reading.
Must be able to work well with others.
Must be reliable, able to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Compensation and Benefits
Carpenters: $55,000 to $65,000; Lead carpenters: $70,000 to $80,000 — commensurate with experience and abilities.
Health benefits: 100% paid health insurance for employee only; health benefits also available for spouse and dependents at cost to employee.
Paid holidays: July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
Vacation: after one year an employee receives one week; after two years receives two weeks.
Retirement: Simple IRA plan available with a 3% company match.
