JOB DESCRIPTION The Vindman for Congress campaign seeks a highly motivated individual to serve as Volunteer Coordinator. The Volunteer Coordinator will help execute the petition signature collection process to ensure that Congressman Vindman qualifies for the ballot for his highly competitive re‑election campaign in 2026. Additionally, the Volunteer Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing an aggressive opponent‑tracking program, recruiting volunteers to attend Republican events and collecting audio and video. The Volunteer Coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on candidates’ events, statements, media appearances, and activities both in‑person and virtually. The position will be based in Northern Virginia.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute a fully compliant ballot‑access program while meeting daily and weekly goals
Train, coach, and mentor volunteer teams to meet and exceed ballot‑access metrics
Represent Vindman for Congress across a diverse range of community settings
Coordinate volunteers to attend events that we know or suspect Republican candidates for VA‑07 in 2026 will be attending, and be prepared to attend events themselves if needed
Research where Republican candidates are likely to appear and deploy volunteers accordingly
Recruit, train, and manage all volunteer tracking and provide regular and proactive updates to the VFC campaign
QUALIFICATIONS
Detail‑oriented and level‑headed in high‑stress environments
Excellent time management and communication skills
Flexibility to travel last minute for events and availability during weekends and evenings
Valid driver’s license and reliable car
Ability to keep up with a 24‑hour news cycle
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
