IT Support Technician

The IT Support Technician The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing hands‑on technical support for all production and office IT systems within a manufacturing facility. This includes ensuring reliable operation of all workstations, production‑floor devices, printers, labelers, network‑connected peripherals, and Teams‑enabled meeting rooms.

This is an onsite position, M‑F, within a Microsoft environment. Salaried position, with excellent benefits!

Requirements:

Associate degree in Information Technology preferred

2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing environment

MS Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Teams, and application support experience

Familiarity with network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi‑Fi, DHCP, DNS, VLANs)

Experience with helpdesk or ITSM ticketing systems

IT asset management, imaging tools, and endpoint patching

Experience with collaboration hardware (Logitech, Poly, or Crestron Teams Rooms systems)
