Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Housekeeper position located in Solon, OH. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential living areas, common spaces, and other designated areas at the community. Daily tasks include cleaning, sanitizing, restocking as needed, managing laundry services, and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests. The role requires attention to detail, a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards, and the ability to interact professionally with residents and staff.
Qualifications
Proficiency in laundry and general housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
Strong communication and customer service skills to professionally and kindly interact with residents, guests, and staff
Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Experience in training and onboarding related to cleaning processes is an asset
Ability to follow health and safety protocols
Previous housekeeping experience in a community living, healthcare, or hospitality setting is preferred
